• Consideration of, and action upon, entering into a possible Lease Agreement under which a portion of Orange Township Fire Station 361 would be leased by the Board to the Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Ohio to accommodate Delaware County Emergency Communications (“DELCOMM”) and its operations in the event of a situation arising in its service to persons and property in Delaware County which prevents use of its principal communication facility, the Lease Agreement to establish the terms and conditions of DELCOMM’s operation from the premises, to provide for the monthly testing of DELCOMM’s equipment at the premises and its conduct of training and simulation exercises and establish the remuneration  and other terms of such lease.
   
• Consideration of and action upon acceptance and approval of the Bid Package with Legal Notice, Specifications and Bid/Contract Documents for Residential Refuse and Garbage Collection with Recycling 2011 (“Bid Package”), as presented to the Board and bearing the identifier of 121310 in its footer, and including but not being limited to the bidding and contract documents and specifications contained therein.
   
• Consideration of and action upon the solicitation of competitive bids for an exclusive contract, in accordance with the Bid Package, for residential refuse and garbage collection, with recycling, within the unincorporated area of the township.
   
• Retroactively Accept a $100.00 donation from Walmart for the purchase of sleds and refreshments for the Grand Opening ceremony at Glen Oak Park.
